Legions Players

Shacknews article

Shacknews has got a brand new article by Chris Faylor - Fallen Empire: Legions Hands-on Impressions.

"Obviously, the real test will come when twelve to sixteen players are duking it out in an online arena and voting for new maps in the background. But assuming GarageGames can pull it off, I can't imagine Fallen Empires: Legion, and by proxy InstantAction, being anything but a success."

A fairly positive look at Legions and InstantAction!

From what I've read after the full version comes out, for two months you will have to buy the game. Thats really disapointing because I thought these were going to be free games that you could play in your browser like instantaction advertised.

THok150, they never advertised their games as free.

The big free (ad-supported) browser-launched game will be: http://www.quakelive.com/

I will play both.

You will still have to play the games in your browser. However there will be a small fee to purchase the game, just like they advertised. ;)

I'll gladly pay a premium to avoid advertisements.
